Terms and Conditions for Arrange Your Own Flower Buckets
Treadlight Farm is responsible for providing the order in full for the DIY buckets as purchased through the online store. In the extremely unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled by our fields, Treadlight farm will do their best to supplement with comparable product from another farm.
There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my flowers once purchased. Due to the unforeseen cancellation and rescheduling of events during the Covid-19 pandemic, clients may reach out on a case by case basis if the date has been altered, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. In some circumstances, flowers may not be available for an alternate week in our June-September window. If your event is cancelled entirely, you will be credited for a bulk order and must use the credit within the current season. Clients may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the bulk order and the order will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original original client directly.
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my bulk order, I have secured my order.
I understand that I will be picking up flowers from Treadlight Farm in Kerhonkson, NY on my chosen date from 9am-12pm. I will be alerted exactly how to do so. I may not be greeted by a member of the team.
I understand that Treadlight Farm is a working production farm. I will not enter the fields or any other areas that are not explicitly described.
I understand that flowers are a short-lived crop. In my e-mail I will receive basic care instructions for my buckets. I understand that all flowers in my share are harvested at peak condition, in a short window before pick up. I understand all flower varieties have different vase life, and all crops I receive will last 3-7 days when properly cared for. Treadlight Farm is not responsible for crops after they leave the farm. I will document and email Treadlight immediately, or within 24 hours, if I notice any problems with my buckets.
